As can be viewed on the Temple History – Brief page, Temple Old Kirk is a stunning place to visit, situated at the bottom of the village. In recent history there have been several attempts to restore the Kirk and prevent further deterioration. In 2020 a local charity was formed, Temple Old Kirk Friends to provide information about the project and raise funds for the repairs and maintenance.
